Our chef was a pupil of the famous chef Bartolini, Italian chef and restaurateur with the highest number of stars.

In honor of the master and for the sought-after venture of wanting to bring a starred dish to the tavern we wanted to replicate and propose the Bartolini risotto, beetroot, gorgonzola and walnut cream: the final result is a quality risotto that we invite you to try.
